Hosting agreement between the research organization and the researcher
A hosting agreement must contain the following information:
- the precise designation of the research project,
- the commitment of the researcher to accomplish the research project,
- the obligation of the research organization to admit the researcher for con-ducting the research project
- information on the essential contents of the legal relationship to be established between the research organization and the foreigner. In particular on the scope of the activity of the foreigner, on salary, leave, working hours and insurance.
- a clause which declares the hosting agreement as invalid if the foreigner is not granted a residence permit for researchers.
A recognized research organization may only effectively conclude a hosting agreement if
