Hesse Advisory Agency

Religious Tolerance, not Extremism, Frankfurt am Main

As a unit within Violence Prevention Network, the Hesse Advisory Agency targets juveniles, parents and specialist staff who have questions relating to extremism. It offers prevention activities, intervention and deradicalisation as a response to the general hopelessness in dealing with religiously-motivated extremism.

The Advisory Agency contributes towards increasing tolerance towards different world views, as well as the early recognition, avoidance and reversal of radicalisation processes.

Intervention to combat budding radicalisation processes, as well as the targeted deradicalisation work, tackles situations in which people are looking for a way out of extremist ideologies.

The Hesse Advisory Agency is part of the Hesse Prevention Network against Salafism. It is funded by the Hesse Ministry of the Interior and for Sport and implemented under the aegis of Violence Prevention Network.
