Specialist in office communication

Vocational training provided at the Federal Office is mainly concerned with training to become a specialist in office communication.

The theoretical parts of the training take place in a block of lessons at the vocational school in Bonn and in lessons and training sessions held in Nuremberg.

We offer you

a variety of responsibilities within the area of immigration, the integration of immigrants and asylum procedures. Within these tasks it will be your responsibility to process incoming and outgoing post, personnel files and applications, to produce documents electronically and to conduct telephone conversations. It goes without saying that you must be able to deal with members of the public, colleagues and managers in a professional manner.

We expect from you

a minimum of a good lower secondary school-leaving certificate, a higher secondary school-leaving certificate or a technical college certificate and successful participation in our selection procedure.
