As of today, the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees has made more decisions on asylum applications this year than in all of last year. The Federal Office decided on a total of 128,911 cases in 2014.

11 March 2015 Suspension of aid for repatriation to Kosovo

The Federation and the Länder have agreed to suspend aid for repatriation to Kosovo. This means that there will be no more subsidies towards travel and start-up assistance with effect retroactively to 1 January 2015 and until further notice.
