Fields of activity
The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) supports local social integration projects for immigrants intending to stay for the long term.
Fields of activity for community-focused projects are:
- strengthening civic involvement,
- strengthening intercultural skills,
- prevention of addiction, violence and crime,
- strengthening existing skills in a resource-oriented approach,
- ntegration through educational leisure programmes, and
- strengthening parenting skills.
