Payment procedure for integration courses

The Federal Office for Migration and Refugees reimburses the costs of implementing the integration courses to the course providers. It differentiates between the general integration course and the special integration courses.

The general integration course consists of 660 lessons, each lasting 45 minutes. It is subdivided into a language course with six course modules each comprising 100 lessons and an orientation course of 60 lessons.

Integration courses for special target groups usually consist of nine course modules comprising 100 lessons each and an orientation course of 60 lessons. The exception to this is the intensive course, which is made up of four course modules comprising 100 lessons each and an orientation course of 30 lessons.

Integration course providers may invoice the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees (BAMF) for the course modules once they have been completed.
