Freedom of Movement Monitoring: New Annual Report on EU Migration

    Cover: Freedom of movement monitoring

How did migration of non-German citizens of the European Union develop in 2024? Answers to this and other questions can be found in the 2024 Annual Report of the Freedom of Movement Monitoring, published by the Research Centre of the Federal Office for Migration and Refugees. The report not only deals with migration to and from Germany as a whole, but also looks at migration movements in relation to individual EU nationalities. The data is based on the Central Register of Foreigners.
