This template describes policies and measures that Germany is taking to prevent and combat human trafficking and to protect victims of human trafficking at the international level and for third-country nationals residing in Germany.
The template answers 22 questions in five sections. The focus lies on measures that Germany implements bilaterally with and within third countries. Furthermore, the template includes a list of the international agreements, treaties, and obligations of the Federal Republic of Germany to prevent and combat human trafficking. It also outlines the structures and measures available in Germany for victims of human trafficking from third countries.
