The synthesis report to which this EMN Inform refers is based on the findings of the EMN study on "Intra-EU Mobility of third-country nationals", informed by national reports from 21 Member States.

This scoping study aimed, firstly, to provide an initial overview of current mobility provisions within the EU acquis. The study aimed also to ‘map’ the extent to which statistics are available on the scale and scope of intra-EU mobility of third-country nationals.
